GP Data Collective

Collecting the right data and conducting M&E is the first step towards understanding the impact of your programme; and pooling data as a collective is the first step towards advocating and mobilising resources and funding for the After School Sector.

In this session we will present the analysis of attendance data from over 10 contributing After School Programmes (ASPs), identify trends and insights, engage with a recommended attendance tracking tool, and discuss how we can develop this collective and build on this work in order to strengthen ASPs and organisational sustainability.
