About Phakamani Young Minds Academy
PYMA was established in 2014 and is located at Freedom Park, Devland, Johannesburg South.
The registered non-profit organisation provides academic support to school learners from their earliest grade of school up to their final years of secondary school career.
By providing extra lessons, homework supervision, exam preparations, mentorship, career guidance and extra mural activities, learners receive support to enhance their personal development and learning in a safe environment.
PYMA also ensures that Grade 12 learners apply for a minimum of three post-school opportunities, and once learners have their matric results, they work to ensure that they are placed in a post-school opportunity and encourage them to return as tutors and help others, where possible.
